Terms
These are the terms the site is published under, and they describe the same commitments as the agreement you would sign. Where an engagement is running, the signed agreement governs.
Who you are contracting with
Siddharth Sharma, trading as Context Theory, an independent consultant based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. There is no incorporated company behind the name yet, and this page will say so until there is. Agreements are governed by the laws of India.
Every engagement runs on a written agreement and a scope document naming what is being delivered. Nothing is sold on a proposal and a handshake.
What is sold, and on what terms

$497 covers one business, one website, and one primary acquisition funnel. $997 covers businesses operating multiple brands, multiple websites, or multiple acquisition funnels requiring independent analysis.
Refunds
If your audit does not identify at least three specific opportunities to improve your acquisition system, I'll refund your payment in full.
There is no judgement call in that sentence and no process to go through. If the report does not do what it says, tell me and the payment comes back.
The retainer is not refunded retrospectively — it is billed a month at a time and stopped with 30 days notice, which is the same protection arranged the other way round.
What I do not promise
No revenue figure, no lead volume, no ranking position and no outcome that depends on your own execution. Guarantees here cover deliverables and process only. Anyone selling you a number is describing a market they do not control.
What you keep
Every account is created in your name and stays in your name. Configuration is exportable and documented as it is built, not at the end. If I am unavailable, you keep the systems, the documentation and the access, and nothing has to be rebuilt to move on.
Accounts are created in your name from the start. Ending an engagement does not require anything to be handed over, because nothing was ever held.
Measurement published about businesses
Measurements of a business's public inquiry handling are taken only from surfaces open to any customer, and each one is published with the method and the date it was taken so it can be reproduced or challenged. If one concerns your business and you want it removed, write to [email protected] and it is removed.
